Ingredients:

  • 2 cup chopped mango

  • 2 scoops organic supergreens

  • 4 tbs coconut yoghurt

  • 2 tbs maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • Handful of ice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of water.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Divide between 2 glasses.

Green smoothies can also be enjoyed at lunch time or for an afternoon snack. Soak almonds over night if possible to be gentler on the digestive system (strain and rinse before using).
