Breakfast
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 sachets frozen acai
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2-1 cup granola
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs goji berries
2 tsp cacao nibs
fruit to top: banana, kiwi fruit, berries
Method
Place acai and blueberries in a blender. Blend, adding a little water at a time, to a smooth consistency. You may need to give a stir occasionally to achieve a smooth texture.
Scoop, divide and spread into two bowls.
Drizzle with peanut butter.
Add yoghurt, granola and fruits.
Sprinkle with goji berries and cacao nibs.
