Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets frozen acai

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2-1 cup granola

  • 2 tbs peanut butter

  • 1 tbs goji berries

  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

  • fruit to top: banana, kiwi fruit, berries

Method

  1. Place acai and blueberries in a blender. Blend, adding a little water at a time, to a smooth consistency. You may need to give a stir occasionally to achieve a smooth texture.

  2. Scoop, divide and spread into two bowls.

  3. Drizzle with peanut butter.

  4. Add yoghurt, granola and fruits.

  5. Sprinkle with goji berries and cacao nibs.
