Dessert
Ingredients:
200g cacao butter
3/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
pinch salt
Toppings:
Nuts, seeds, or dried fruit
Method
Melt cacao butter by double boiler method. Turning off heat once the water is boiling. Allow the butter to melt slowly.
Add maple syrup, cacao powder, and salt, whisking until smooth and combined.
Pour into moulds or lined tray garnishing with toppings.
Refrigerate until set.
Store in an airtight container.
Add extra flavour with food grade essential oils such as Peppermint or Wild Orange.
