Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 carrot, chopped

  • 2 tbs soaked walnuts*

  • 1 tbs shredded coconut

  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 scoops organic supergreens

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 375mL iced water

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

*Soaking nuts makes them easier on your digestive system. For walnuts, place in a jar, cover with filtered water, and soak overnight. Drain and rinse before using.
